Trademark Registration Packages
Client has the right to a full refund (less $50) as long as Client cancels purchase within 48 hours of Attorney receiving the first payment. After 48 hours, Attorney immediately begins work on your trademark clearance. The maximum refund Client could receive at this point is 75%. This amount is not guaranteed when requested. The refund may be less if Attorney has already started preparing or has completed your clearance and/or legal opinion document. Once a trademark application is submitted to the USPTO office, there is no refund provided to Client whatsoever. There are no exceptions to this refund policy.
